Exchanges and Returns

It may happen that a product is or becomes defective. In such cases, the product can be returned to us provided it is within the warranty period. Defects caused by improper use or incorrect installation are excluded from warranty and will be assessed by our technical department.

Please complete the form below. The RMA number is your order number. Returns within 14 days are free of charge. Please allow a minimum repair time of 10 business days.
If, after inspection, the product is found not to be defective, a minimum inspection fee of €35 will be charged.

Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing products, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within a minimum of 14 days. This period starts on the day after the product is received.

During this period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to assess whether it should be kept. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned complete, in its original condition and packaging.

Any amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 7 business days after return or withdrawal.
